UniMatrix - Membership and MLM Script with SaaS Digital Store is not reinstalling. it stucking at stage 3 after filling all details correctly and not completing. E-mail, Domain & Hosting is same, license is purchased.

There is no error message displaying.
It is just not completing after filling license and other details.
Same Server & Hosting (New Databade & Database user), Same e-mail and other details.

"I had to wipe my server disk due to technical issues, and I am trying to reinstall the script on the exact same domain. It seems my license key activation limit has been reached. Please reset my license key from your backend so I can complete my installation."

Hello,

As long as it is on the same domain name, there is no limit to how many times the license key can be used for reinstallation. You only need to reset the license if you want to install it on a different domain. Without a reset, the license may be identified as having multiple usages and can be suspended.

According to your response, we suppose that the issue is caused by your server is unable to communicate with the marketplace server to verify the license. Try temporarily disabling mod security on your server, this will usually resolves similar issues.
