When I try to register a person using the referral link or in the admin area it is taking long to register then I am get and error message.

when a member tries to register it doesn't take them to dashboard, nothing happens it keeps loading until it times out but from the admin page, it shows the member has already registered, please i want the system to be able to redirect automatically to either the dashboard or login page

I currently have Unimatrix installed in the root directory at my server, but would like to move it to another directory. Can you please tell me how I can do that? Do I delete the current code and reinstall the code in the new directory, or is there a way to move the current installation to the new directory?

I can not log into the Admin panel. When I attempted to log in, after entering my password, I got a message that stated “Update or Verify | System Installation. Required for a license update or security measures.” When I entered my license, the system seemed to be processing it for a short while, but then the screen refreshed showing the same information again. It accepted my password, but it does not continue the process after I enter my license. Please advise.

I can create the same issue in demo so can i just send you a member login info and you take a look at it, when you login you will notice: You have an outstanding payment, please complete the payment but was already made so go to transaction history and will see the system is generating 2 transactions a registration fee and are renewal fee when it should only be a registration fee.

On registering a new member the system is generating two transactions, 1.Registration Fee and also a Renewal Fee so when the member make the payment it is showing the renewal is paid but the Registration is unpaid.

Hello, I've contacted my hosting provider, they did a check and they said they issue is not server based. They also disabled modesec but the issue is they, all server requirements was checked. I even tried to reinstall the script but it didn't work. We restored a backup of the last day I used the admin dashboard but it's still not working, I believe it's something you can solve from your end as this is really urgent and affecting my business.

Everytime I logged out and Logged in into admin, the New Version notification badge is always came up and click the New Version notification then the notification disappear, But If you logged out and logged in again the New Version notification came up again. Even I already on latest version 5.9.2.

Sometimes scrolling the side menu isnt working, So it makes me hard to choose some menu that positioned at the bottom or top of the side menu.

I tried to scroll the left side menu, but instead of the side menu is scrolled, but the right side content got scrolled.

If not, is there a way for me to disable the MLM Affiliate option and only use the membership and the store option? Also, are there any specific instructions for setting up the MPayplan section? I took a look at that section today and it was totally confusing to me. I was told that 2x2 would be the easiest setting but I have no idea how to configure this.
